Desirable Sierra Montana neighborhood with biking/walking trails and lots of grassy parks, playgrounds, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered seating- quiet and safely tucked away, yet mins to 303 freeway, shopping and dining.

Spacious single story home features 9 foot ceilings and is freshly remodeled with new LVP floors, paint, lighting, pool upgrades, super fast WiFi, and modern furnishings that are beautiful but also comfortable for everyday life. 

Two living room spaces to spread out in the front and back of the house with large comfy sectionals. 

Front room has dining table for 6, but could add more chairs from the kitchen table.

Fully stocked kitchen has table seating for four and two bar stools at granite island. K-Duo coffee maker(Keurig + Carafe), tea kettle, Cusinart cookware, bakeware, pantry canisters, storage containers, lots of dishes and silverware, InstaPot, Bluetooth speaker, minibar set, spices, starter coffee and other household supplies, phone charging port and USB lamps. 

Outdoor Weber grill and patio furniture, two pool umbrellas for pool sun shelf and lounge chair shade, beautiful glass top fire-pit with 4 Adirondack chairs that double as extra poolside seating. Pool floats and electric pump. Note: Pool is unheated, but stays at perfect temps for warm days.*

House is pet friendly with tile, LVP floors, cleaners for rugs (if needed), potty bags, bowls, small bed, pet towels and blankets, leash, turf area in fully fenced yard, grassy park across street.

Luxe comfort amenities such as 4 Smart TV’s, starter toiletries, robes, closet organizers, noise machines in each bedroom, blackout curtains, jewelry holders, lighted magnifying makeup mirrors, lots of cleaning tools and starter laundry and cleaning supplies.
